The Hotel Acquaviva is a top-class spa resort looking on to the shores of Lake Garda, whose owners wanted all-round integration between architecture and lighting installation, for both the indoor areas and as far as exterior space was concerned.
DESCRIPTION

In this case, due to the fixtures’ rapid switching schedule, the design foresees wide use of LED light sources and fixtures in all the areas of the project. Indoors, there are products and installations with warm (2800K°) light, which perfectly matches the elegant design of the venue’s architect Silvestrini.

Outdoors, fifteen SGM Palco 3 RGB colour changers are used.

SGM’s Palco 3 fixtures have been used to highlight the garden’s main wooded area, by means of wells recessed in the ground, with appropriate drainage and protected with tempered glass mounted on the metal frames that protect the fixtures, but also allow adequate air circulation.

Installer Giorgio Frassine worked extremely carefully and professionally on signal and cable management in this very austere setting.
An SGM Pilot 2000 console has the task of controlling all the RGB fixtures on this installation, with a standard white-plus-RGB loop with a running time of two minutes.

This project also features a stand-by scenario at night and a more dynamic configuration for particular illumination.
